Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- eggs, lightly beaten - 6 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make spinach balls:
Thaw and cook spinach; drain. Add other ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze (couple of days). Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
