Beef gravy
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- water - 2 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- beef bouillon cubes - 3 item
- dry minced onions - 1 tsp
- Gravy Master - 1 tsp
How to make beef gravy:
Boil 2 cups water. Add both flavors of bouillon cubes; completely melt in the water. Add the onions and allow to simmer for approximately 2 minutes.Mix cornstarch, flour and Gravy Master in a cup with 1/3 cup of water. Mix until creamy. Slowly add this mixture to the pot; continue to stir. Once it becomes thicker, it's ready. For extra spice, add dash of crushed red pepper. Makes approximately 6 servings.
Note: For Chicken Gravy, use same recipe, just put 3 chicken bouillon cubes and 2 beef bouillon cubes in.
