Ingredients/Components
- Tomato Juice - 2 (1/2
- Tbsp Sugar - 1 item
- Olive Oil or 2 Tbsp - 3 Tbsp
- 1-2 Sliced Onions
- Split Clove Garlic - 1 item
- - 1 lb Ground Beef or 1 lb Sweet Italian Sausage - 1/2 item
- lb Sliced Mushrooms - 1/2 item
- Can Tomato PAste
- Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, Oregano, Basil, and Parsley to taste - 1 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
1. Saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms in oil. Cook until onion is golden. 2. Add ground beef, cook and stir for 5 minutes. 3. Add tomato paste, tomato juice, sugar, and seasonings. Simmer for at least 1 hour. 4. Add water as needed but the sauRecipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
