Easy hollandaise sauce
Ingredients/Components
- egg yolks - 3 item
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- softened butter or margarine - 1/2 c
How to make easy hollandaise sauce:
Place all ingredients in saucepan. Allow to stand for 30 or more minutes. Cook over gentle heat, stirring constantly, with wooden spoon. In 2 to 3 minutes, sauce will thicken. Serve immediately. Makes 2/3 cup.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Very low carbs.
