Spaghetti casserole
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- spaghetti - 1/2 lb
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
How to make spaghetti casserole:
Saute mushrooms, green pepper and onion. Add ground beef and brown it. Stir in soups and water. Add the cooked spaghetti. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Usually a 3 quart casserole.
Also good with Mozzarella cheese.
