Spaghetti casserole
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 item
- garlic salt - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- spaghetti - 1/2 lb
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
How to make spaghetti casserole:
Brown ground beef, onion and pepper; drain. In saucepan combine both soups, 1 can water, cheese and 2 teaspoons garlic salt; simmer over low heat until cheese is melted. Cook spaghetti 6 to 8 minutes, drain and rinse. Combine all mixtures into 3-quart casserole dish and mix well. Top with additional cheese, if desired.
