Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- mashed potatoes - 5 6
- green beans or peas - 1 qt
- or 8 hot dogs, sliced - 6 item
- processed cheese or Velveeta cheese as much as you prefer - 1 item
How to make hot dog casserole:
Line casserole dish with mashed potatoes (save 1 cup for top). Add a layer of hot dogs, green beans or peas and cheese. Pour can of mushroom soup over this and top with remaining mashed potatoes. (Cheese can be on top, if desired.) Bake for 1 hour at 350° or until hot and bubbly.This casserole may be frozen.
