Spaghetti and meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- spaghetti, cooked and drained - 1 lb
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- Homestyle spaghetti sauce or 2 jars 30 oz - 6 c
How to make spaghetti and meatballs:
In large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Shape into 20 (1 1/2-inch) balls. In 5-quart Dutch oven, bring sauce to a boil. Add meatballs; return to boil. Reduce heat to low. Partially cover and simmer 25 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked. Toss spaghetti with 1 cup sauce. Top with remaining sauce and meatballs.
