- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- warm water - 1/3 c
- chopped onion - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 1/4 c
- clove garlic, finely minced - 1 item
- basil flakes - 1/2 tsp
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- ground pork - 1/4 lb
- grated Italian cheese - 1/2 c
- Fry in skillet until golden brown
