Ingredients/Components
- broccoli flowerets - 1 c
- sliced zucchini - 1 c
- diced red or green pepper - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- dried basil leaves - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 3/4 c
- medium fresh tomatoes, cut into wedges - 2 item
- sliced fresh mushrooms - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make fettuccine primavera:
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook broccoli, zucchini, pepper, onion and basil in margarine until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes and mushrooms. Toss vegetable mixture with hot fettuccine. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desiredRecipe categories: Vegetables, Pasta, Main dish.
