Vegetable lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- carton cottage cheese - 1 oz
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- lasagna noodles, cooked - 9 item
- frozen spinach, thawed and drained - 1 pkg
- water, plus 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
How to make vegetable lasagna:
Cook onion, garlic and oregano in oil. Stir in spinach; cook until tender and liquid evaporates. Remove from heat. Stir in soup, cottage cheese and egg; set aside. Arrange 3 lasagna noodles over sauce; spread with 1/2 of spinach filling. Sprinkle witRecipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Lasagna.
