- paprika - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- tomato sauce - 15 oz
- ground cumin - 1/4 tsp
- chicken pieces - 2 to
- chicken flavor instant bouillon - 1 Tbsp
- each onion, green and red pepper - 1/2 c
How to make southwest chicken:
Brown chicken in oil; remove from skillet. Cook peppers and onion until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and chicken. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice. Serve in flour tortiRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Whole chicken.
