Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise
- can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 8 oz
- cans cream of celery soup - 2 item
- cooked, cut-up chicken - 3 c
- box wild rice or wild rice and white mix - 6 oz
- dry stuffing mix crumbled type - 1/2 c
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Combine all ingredients, except stuffing. Pour into lightly greased casserole. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
