Chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 2/3 item
- Velveeta cheese
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- soft flour tortillas - 12 item
- boiled chicken breasts - 6 item
- regular size can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Saute onion in butter. Add chicken, Ro-Tel and Velveeta. Dip tortillas in pan of melted butter and spoon on mixture. Roll tortilla. Place tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. If any mixture is left, pour on top of tortillas. Add sour cream on top; bake for about 15 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
