- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- nuts - 3/4 c
- margarine - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- Add by hand eggs, flour, baking powder and salt
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add by hand eggs, flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread 1/2 mixture and sprinkle 1/2 of topping on dough. Add rest of dough and sprinkle remaining topping.Topping:3/4 c. brown sugar3/4 c. nuts2 tsp. cinnamon Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
