Sour cream coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped walnuts1 tsp. cinnamon Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Mix. Add dry ingredients and mix until moistened. Combine topping and set aside. Spoon half of batter into a greased cake tube pan. Layer 1/2 of topping on top of cake batter. Then spoon remaining cake batter and finish with the remaining topping.
