- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts
- margarine - 1/2 c
- medium apple pared and sliced - 1 item
How to make apple cream coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. nuts2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. sugar Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time; add vanilla. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and soda together and beat into batter alternately with sour cream. Spread half of batter in tube pan and top with thinly sliced apple, then with half of topping mixture. Spread remaining batter and topping mixture.
