- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs; mix well. Fold in sour cream. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt; add to mixture. Mix well. Add vanilla. Pour into 8 x 12-inch pan. Top with nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
