Sour cream coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Cream sugar, eggs, vanilla, margarine and sour cream. Add flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well. In a separate bowl mix sugars, cinnamon and nuts. Put half of the batter in a greased tube pan. Sprinkle half the sugar mixture on the batter in the pan. Add the other half sugar mixture to the remaining batter. Pour remaining batter into the pan.
