Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• beaten eggs - 3 item

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs. Add sugar and oil. Mix well. Mix in zucchini. Sift dry ingredients together and add zucchini mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or until done at 325°.
