Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- white sugar
- soft margarine - 1/2 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1/4 c. white sugar1/4 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped nuts Cream margarine and sugar; add vanilla and eggs. Beat. Add dry ingredients and sour cream. Pour 1/2 mixture in greased pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of topping, then add remaining dough and sprinkle remaining topping. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes or until done.
