Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- cold water - 1 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- boiling water - 1 pt
- sweet milk - 1 c
- lemon to flavor - 1 item
How to make snow pudding:
Dissolve corn starch in a little cold water. Add salt and 1/4 cup sugar. Pur over in boiling water, stirring constantly. Stir in 2 egg whites, beaten stiff. Boil 1 minute more. Set in cool place to cool. Make a custard of the milk, beaten egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar. Boil and flavor with lemon.
