Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1/2 tsp
- chopped, toasted pecans - 1 item
- can red salmon - 1 lb
How to make smoked salmon ball:
Remove skin, bones and liquid from salmon. Drain well. Mix all ingredients together very well. Chill four hours. Roll into one or two balls. Roll the balls into chopped pecans to cover. Serve with your favorite crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
