- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water - 3 c
- vinegar - 3 c
- cloves garlic - 3 item
- pickling spice - 1 Tbsp
- raw asparagus, tough ends broken off
How to make pickled asparagus:
Boil last 5 ingredients for 5 minutes. Pack asparagus in wide-mouth quart jars. Pour hot liquids over asparagus in jars. Seal and process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Asparagus.
