- sour cream - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- Bisquick
- can chopped green chilies, drained
- shredded cheddar cheese or jalapeno cheese - 1 c
How to make mexican cheese snacks:
Heat oven to 400°. Grease cookie sheet. Stir all ingredients together well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
