- salt - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- water
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- salmon - 1 item
- liquid hickory smoke - 1 tsp
How to make smoked salmon:
Prime:6 qt. water1 c. brown sugar2 c. salt1 Tbsp. garlic powder1 tsp. liquid hickory smoke Prepare Prime. Soak salmon overnight. Wash salmon well and drain. Dry the fish with paper towel. Lay on cookie sheet and bake at 175° to 200° for about 4 hours. Check to see if done. Continue to bake until done. Fish should be moist and flaky.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Salmon.
