Sliced baked potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, thyme or sage - 3 Tbsp
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes if the skin is tough. Scrub and wash. Cut potatoes into the skin in thin slices but not all the way through. Put potatoes in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 450° for 50 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
