Sliced baked potatoes

- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 2 3
- Parmesan cheese
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- dried herbs of choice - 2 3
- chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, thyme or sage - 2 3
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes if skin is tough, otherwise just scrub and rinse. Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through. Use a handle of spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way. Put potatoes in baking dish and fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake potatoes for another 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned, cheese all melted and potatoes are soft inside. Check with a fork.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
