  • cream cheese
  • envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • chopped green onion - 1/2 c
  • dash of lemon juice - 1 item
  • fresh shrimp or crab or 2 small cans

How to make shrimp mold:

Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons water. Heat soup. Add cream cheese, mixing until blended. Add rest of the ingredients. Pour into mold. Let set overnight.
