Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- warm water - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- chopped green onion - 1 c
- unflavored gelatin
- cans small shrimp, drained - 2 item
How to make shrimp mold:
Heat together soup and cheese. Add gelatin that has just been dissolved in warm water. (Do not dissolve ahead.) Stir in shrimp, celery, onion and mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt and Tabasco sauce. Chill at least 2 hours in mold sprayed with Pam. Serve with Ritz crackers.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
