Ingredients/Components
- onion, diced - 4 Tbsp
- celery, chopped fine - 1 c
- envelope Knox gelatine - 1 item
- can tomato soup undiluted - 1 item
- broken shrimp - 8 oz
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- salad dressing not Miracle Whip - 1 c
How to make shrimp mold:
Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup water; set aside. Heat soup to boiling. Add cream cheese; beat until smooth. Add gelatine, shrimp, celery and onion, then salad dressing. Chill 5 hours or overnight. Serve on crackers.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
