Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 small
- salt - 1 tsp
- Miracle Whip - 3/4 c
- celery, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- tomato soup - 1/2 c
- envelope Knox gelatine - 1 item
- onion, chopped fine optional - 1/2 c
- cans shredded shrimp - 2 item
How to make shrimp spread:
Heat soup slowly; do not boil. Add gelatine and salt, then set aside. Mix with Miracle Whip and cream cheese. Add celery, onion and soup. Then add shrimp. Pour into quart mold and let stand in refrigerator at least 8 to 12 hours. Very good on Triscuit crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Spreads.
