- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 item
- water - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- onion, grated - 2 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- to 8 potatoes - 5 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Place in a well oiled baking dish the potatoes (washed, peeled and thinly sliced). Heat in small saucepan the milk, dry mustard, water and grated cheese. Season with salt, pepper and the grated onion. Pour mixture over potatoes. Cover and bake at 375&Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
