- flour - 6 Tbsp
- butter
- water
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- large head broccoli - 1 item
- cheese half Velveeta, half Cheddar - 8 oz
How to make broccoli soup:
White Sauce:6 Tbsp. butter6 Tbsp. flour4 c. milk salt pepper1 tsp. dry mustard Cook broccoli, water and bouillon cubes until broccoli is tender; do not drain. Cook white sauce until thickened.
