  • flour - 6 Tbsp
  • butter
  • water
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 item
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • large head broccoli - 1 item
  • cheese half Velveeta, half Cheddar - 8 oz

How to make broccoli soup:

White Sauce:6 Tbsp. butter6 Tbsp. flour4 c. milk salt pepper1 tsp. dry mustard Cook broccoli, water and bouillon cubes until broccoli is tender; do not drain. Cook white sauce until thickened. Stir cheese into white sauce. When melted, combine white sauce and broccoli mixture.
