Ingredients/Components
- water - 18 c
- white vinegar - 5 c
- cucumbers - 1 item
- canning salt
- dill optional - 1 item
- hot peppers optional - 1 item
How to make kosher dill pickles:
Bring water to a boil and pour over jars filled with small cucumbers that are heated. Seal and place in some place they may ferment and run over but will be alright. I never tighten lids after fermenting.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
