- mushrooms - 1 lb
- margarine - 5 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make sauteed mushrooms:
Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth. Leave whole or slice lengthwise, stems and all. Melt butter in a skillet. Add mushrooms and cook 6 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
