Vegetable salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can French-style green beans - 1 oz
- can Shoe Peg corn Green Giant - 1 oz
- medium size onion, chopped - 1 item
- jar chopped pimento - 1 item
- can tiny green peas LeSueur - 1 oz
- Combine with onion, celery and pimentos
How to make vegetable salad:
Drain the vegetables. Combine with onion, celery and pimentos. Pour dressing over vegetables.Dressing:1/2 c. salad oil1/2 c. wine vinegar1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. black pepper Heat this to boiling point. Pour over ingredients. Fix it the day before.
