Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 1/4 1/2
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice - 4 6
- eggs, scrambled - 4 item
- small can bean sprouts, drained - 1 item
- chopped fresh green onion - 1/2 c
How to make fried rice:
Cook eggs and set aside. In wok or large iron skillet at high heat, spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion and cook about 1 1/2 minutes, then add bean sprouts. Keep stirring, then add the rice and soy sauce. Fold into onion and bean sprouts. The rice should have a light brown color. Stir until blended, then fold in egg.
