  • onion, sliced - 1 item
  • green peppers, sliced - 2 item
  • mushrooms, thinly sliced - 6 item
  • sausage links - 3 item
  • jar Prego sauce - 1 item
  • noodles rotini, elbow, etc - 1 pkg

How to make sausage and noodle casserole:

Brown sausage in skillet. Drain off fat. Slice into bite size pieces and reheat with vegetables (to soften). Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain. Put in casserole dish and mix with sausage, vegetables and Prego sauce. Bon appetit!
