Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- chili powder - 3 Tbsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- green peppers, sliced - 2 item
- can crushed tomatoes - 1 oz
- hamburg - 1 lb
- medium eggplant, diced - 1 item
- beef flavored cubes - 2 item
How to make eggplant chili:
Brown meat; drain off fat. Add all ingredients and cook over low heat, covered, for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve with grated cheese sprinkled on top.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Chili.
