Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 1
- oleo - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- green pepper - 1 item
- slices white bread - 4 item
- large onion - 1 item
- jar pimientos - 1 oz
- bunch parsley - 1 item
- potatoes, boiled and peeled - 10 item
How to make cottage potatoes:
Chop first 7 ingredients. Put in a large bowl and mix well. Add salt and pepper. Heat milk and oleo in a saucepan over medium heat until oleo is melted. Pour over chopped ingredients and mix. Place in a casserole dish and bake at 375°, covered, for 45 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Potato, Vegetables.
