Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 1 doz
- shredded cheddar cheese
- jalapenos chopped - 5 item
How to make jalapeno cheese squares:
Spray 8x12 pan with Pam. Pour in cheese and smooth out. Place peppers evenly all over. Beat eggs till frothy. Pour over cheese. Cook at 350 til lightly browned. Cool and cut into small squares. Makes 2 doz.Recipe categories: Appetizers, High calcium, High protein.
