Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 3/4 c
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • lean ground beef - 2 lb
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • liquid smoke - 1 Tbsp
  • mustard seed - 1 Tbsp

How to make salami:

Mix all ingredients well. Roll into a salami roll. Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.

Remove foil and bake one hour at 350° on a roaster rack so that excess fat can drain. Serve hot or cold.
