Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1 Tbsp
- mustard seed - 1 Tbsp
How to make salami:
Mix all ingredients well. Roll into a salami roll. Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.Remove foil and bake one hour at 350° on a roaster rack so that excess fat can drain. Serve hot or cold.
