Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 Tbsp
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- onion powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- liquid smoke
- mustard seed - 1/8 Tbsp
- Morton tender cure - 3 Tbsp
How to make homemade sausage:
Mix ingredients and roll in foil, shiny side next to meat. Wrap and store in refrigerator for 24 hours. Punch hole in bottom of package. Cook in oven at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Chill and slice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
