Russian tea cakes
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
How to make russian tea cakes:
Combine first four ingredients until creamed, then add flour and salt until mixture sticks together. Form into 1-inch balls and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400° until set, but not brown.
