Microwave fudge



  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • margarine or butter - 1/4 c
  • can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
  • semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips - 3 c

How to make microwave fudge:

Place all ingredients except nuts in a large bowl. Microwave at Medium (50%) until chocolate chips are melted, 3 to 5 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking. Stir in nuts. Pour into well-greased square baking dish (8 x 8-inch). Refrigerate until set. Makes about 2 pounds.

Variation: Substitute 1 cup of peanut butter chips for 1 cup of the chocolate chips.
