Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- water - 2 c
- oil - 2/3 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 1/2 lb
- Fill cupcake liners 1/2 full
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Filling:8 oz. cream cheese1 egg1/3 c. sugar1/8 tsp. salt1 c. chocolate chips Combine all ingredients for batter. Fill cupcake liners 1/2 full. Drop approximately 1 teaspoon of filling on top of batter. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.Filling: Beat cream cheese. Add egg, sugar and salt. Beat well. Add chocolate chips.Frosting:1/2 cube butter4 oz. cream cheese1/2 lb. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Beat all ingredients until smooth and ice cupcakes.
