Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- sugar - 1 tsp
- yeast - 2 pkg
- Crisco or lard - 1 c
- milk - 4 c
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 12 13
- Warm milk and shortening
- brown sugar - 2 c
- white syrup - 1/2 c
How to make rolls:
Dissolve yeast in water and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Warm milk and shortening. Add eggs and 4 1/2 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar and salt. Mix and add yeast. Add 4 1/2 cups more of flour.
