Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/3 c
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, cut in large chunks - 2 lb
How to make oven roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In a large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, arrange potatoes. Bake, uncovered, stirring occasionally 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
