Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing - 1 item
- small, new, red potatoes, washed and quartered - 2 lb
How to make roasted potatoes:
Place potatoes and onions in a large size bag and add oil. Toss to coat. Add dressing mix and toss again until coated. Bake on an ungreased baking pan for 35 minutes at 450° or until potatoes are tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
